Information we collect

When you use the contact form, we collect the information you choose to provide: your name, email address, brand or website if supplied, and message. If you contact us another way, we receive the information included in that communication.

When you choose to schedule a call, Calendly collects the information you provide through its booking flow, such as your name, email address, selected time, time zone, and answers to booking questions. The Calendly scheduling window loads only after you select a booking link.

Our hosting and analytics providers may also process limited technical information generated when you visit the site, such as the page viewed, referring page, browser or device type, and request information needed to operate, secure, and understand use of the site.

How we use information

We use information to:

• respond to your inquiry and determine whether SL Growth may be a fit;
• communicate about a potential or existing business relationship;
• operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website; and
• comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use contact-form submissions to serve third-party targeted ads.

Service providers

We use service providers that process information on our behalf and under their own applicable terms and privacy commitments:

• Vercel hosts the site and provides Web Analytics, which gives us aggregate information about site traffic and performance.
• Resend processes contact-form submissions to deliver them to our business inbox.
• Calendly provides appointment scheduling and processes the information you submit when booking a call. You can review Calendly’s privacy notice.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the safety or rights of SL Growth or others, or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of all or part of the business.

Retention

We keep inquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, evaluate a potential engagement, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. When information is no longer needed for those purposes, we delete or de-identify it where practical.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to restrict or object to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing.

To make a request, email us using the address below. We may need to verify your identity before completing it. You may also use that address to ask questions or raise a concern about how we handle information.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us so we can review and remove it as appropriate.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice as our practices or legal requirements change. We will post the revised version here and update the effective date above. Material changes may be communicated in another appropriate way.
